Poppy Plane Terms of Use

These Terms of Use govern your use of the Poppy Plane game provided by 2Paws Technology LLP ("we", "us"). By playing you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy.

Using Poppy Plane

We grant you a personal, non-transferable licence to play the game on devices you own or control. Don't cheat, modify the app, or interfere with its ads or services.

Coins and rewards

Coins, planes and upgrades are in-game items with no monetary value. They cannot be exchanged for money, are stored only on your device, and are lost if you uninstall the app or clear its data. We may rebalance prices and rewards in updates.

The game is supported by ads. Rewards for watching an optional ad are given only when the ad is watched to the end. Ads are provided by third parties and we are not responsible for their content.

No warranty

THE GAME IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE", WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING ANY WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE OR NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR THAT THE GAME WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT YOUR PROGRESS WILL BE PRESERVED. We may change or discontinue the game at any time.

Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, 2PAWS TECHNOLOGY LLP SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA OR PROGRESS, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE GAME. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have as a consumer that cannot be limited under applicable law.
